Jeffrey Gitomer is one of those motivational speaker kind of guys that goes around telling people how to sell anything. He may be a bit over board, but his book is worth keeping on your desk. Easy read, simple 99.5 real answers to selling, and a book you can read in one night if you wanted. There are some good tips in this book, but there are also just as many obvious sales processes. If you have been thrown into a sales position and just can't seem to get any closing sales, this book will motivate, inspire, and simply feed you easy facts.
